East Looe Beach

East Looe beach is one amongst many wonderful beaches in and around Looe. This lovely wide sandy beach which is cleaned daily, has step terraces and is a popular sun trap for summer visitors. The beach is ideal for families. Please note, dogs are not allowed on the main beach. East Looe beach is only minutes from The Old Malt House.

 

Hannafore Beach

Hannafore beach is rocky with magnificent views of Looe Island and has a wealth of marine life. Please leave everything as you find it as it is part of the Looe Voluntary Marine Conservation Area. Dogs with responsible owners are welcome. Hannafore is only a short stroll from The Old Malt House.

Other beaches close to the Old Malt House include:

Lansallos: Secluded cove at the end of an old smugglers path.

Seaton: Large sandy and shingle beach situated towards the east of Looe. Parking and refreshment facilities provided.

Talland Bay: Between Looe and Polperro, mix of rock pools and sand, cafes and parking.
